Quick & Easy Vacation Hair Styles

This post is sponsored by Target

When I am on vacation, I want to spend most of my time outdoors exploring around and soaking in my surroundings, not in the bathroom getting ready. Today, I’ve teamed up with Target to share three simple, quick, and cut hairdos that can keep you looking chic while saving you time in the bathroom!
Style 1: I Woke Up Like This

This quick style is my go-to because it is effortless and simple! I typically shower at night, but when I wake up I use my handy Hair Food Sulfate Free Kiwi Dry Shampoo around my roots, brush my hair, and voila! You’ll be in and out of the bathroom and ready for your vacay in less than 15 minutes!
Style 2: Messy Waves

Want messy beach waves? All you need is day-old hair and four hair ties! To achieve this look, I section my hair into four areas and tie them up into loose buns before sleeping. When I wake up, I let them down, run my finger through, dry shampoo again, and then do a light touch-up with a curling iron.

Style 3: Up & Away

If I’m on vacation and it’s humid out, I like to have my hair up. All you need here is a few bobby pins and a hair tie. First, I section off the front part of my bangs and leave them down, then I twirl and tie the rest of my hair into a loose bun. Next, I take the front bangs and twist that along the side of my face and pin it loosely with a couple of bobby pins. This look can be worn up to a night out or down if you’re going to have a busy day of exploring and you don’t want your hair to get in the way!

Whenever I go on any trip, I always pack shampoo and conditioner; hotel ones usually leave my hair feeling dry and unmanageable! For my trip to the Big Apple next week, you know I am going to pack my Hair Food Color Protect Shampoo and Conditioner to ensure that I hydrate and nourish my hair, but also to make sure that it will be manageable and allow for my quick styling! What I love the most about Target’s Hair Food is that the formulas are free of silicones, parabens, gluten, mineral oil, and dyes! Only goodness in those bottles!

p.s. Yes, this Hair Food Sulfate Free Kiwi Dry Shampoo comes in a convenient travel size!

Until Next Time,

Connie

Summer Hair Care

This post is sponsored by Target

With summer right around the corner, let’s chat about summer hair care today! I’ve teamed up with one of my all-time favorite stores, Target, to share all of the new, exciting things that are popping up at their stores. Every month, Target is going to release fresh, exciting, and new hair products for styling, as well as products that help us nourish and care for our hair all summer long.

I know we all love and take care of our hair, but to be honest, I sometimes forget exactly how to take care of it, especially during the hot summer days. But Target has us covered! I’ve switched out my old hair products with these amazing new Hair Food ones, and I LOVE the outcome! Not only does it smell amazing, but the nourishing ingredients also leave my hair silky smooth and super shiny. Then to top it off, Hair Food products are made with natural ingredients. You heard right: no parabens, gluten, or mineral oils, and they’re dye free!

My favorite collection is the Hair Food Hair Milk Shampoo and Conditioner collection. The vanilla smelled amazing and the jasmine was super calming, which is perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day! Plus, the Hair Food Moisture Cleansing Conditioner gave my hair the nourishment it was needing; after my first use, it left my hair super shiny and ready for styling.

So this summer, let’s give our hair the nourishment it craves and care for our hair with these natural ingredients in Target’s new Hair Food products!
