Flare Coat & OTK Boots

As the holidays roll-around, I like to take time to reflect and give thanks for all of my blessings. I have an amazing family, boyfriend, and friends that love and support me. (thanks guys!) I would not be who I am, where I am, and doing the things that I do without each and everyone of them. I like to take the opportunity to talk about Macy's Believe Campaign with Make-A-Wish. They invite believers of all ages to drop-off letters to Santa at Macy's stores in the designated Santa Mail letterboxes or online at Macys.com/believe between now and December 24th. For each letter received, Macy's will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish to grant wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Make-A-Wish has granted over 300 wishes annually just in the bay area and over 14,000 across the United States. What they do is truly amazing and I cannot emphasize how much I respect and admire them. Joysse is a brave 4-year-old girl from the San Mateo who was diagnosed with leukemia. She is now in remission, but not before several rounds of treatment. For her one true wish, she asked Make-A-Wish for a purple and pink princess party, Make-A-Wish is going to surprise her with that and more at the Macy's location in San Francisco Union Square. I wish all of the happiness and laughter in the world for Joysse and if you happen to pass by a Macy's over your holiday shopping, stop by to support Make-A-Wish by dropping off a letter to Santa.

Between November 7 - December 24, visit your local Macy's store or Macy's Believe online to submit your child's letter to Santa and help make dreams come true for Make-A-Wish kids around the country. For every letter received through December 24, Macy's will donate $1 to Make-A-Wish (up to $1,000,000).

Holiday Wear with Zappos

In partnership with Zappos, I put together a Holiday festive look with my Paige jeans and Freebird boots.  With all of the holiday events coming up, dresses and heels are a no-brainer, but a nice top with a pair of jeans and booties is a stylish (and comfortable) alternative. I went for a sequin top to glam up this look and think is a perfect outfit for a work or professional celebration. Fun and festive with the top and casual-chic with the jeans and booties. You can easily mix it up with a blouse in the day and then into this sequin top at night. These Paige jeans are ones I can live-in, they are the perfect pair and always go with everything! And I can't help but find myself wear these Freebird boots, I love that they are handcrafted from start to finish to where the leather is hammered together and stitched to create a virtually indestructible sole. Which makes them super high quality boots and they are so comfortable!

Zappos has lots of different trends a lots of difference budgets. The best part is that it is so easy to shop for holiday presents with their fast and free shipping and free 365 day return poilcy.

I hope you like this Holiday look and have a great week! :)

xo,
Connie

Zappos Present Palooza

Did you go shopping (retail or online, hehe) this Thanksgiving holiday? In partnership with Zappos, I had the amazing opportunity to be apart of their Present Palooza this holiday season where a group of bloggers are randomly paired up to buy surprise items for each other; just like a secret santa! I was gifted this Free People Dylan Tweedy Pullover Sweater and Sam Edelman Vegan Leather Triple Zipper Skirt. (Thank you to my secret santa) I didn't get a chance to take photos in them because it was raining all weekend, but keep an eye out for them in future posts. And I hope my recipient liked her gifts! I got her a bunch of items, Free People Buckley Top, Michael Stars scarf, Madden Girl Klaudia booties, and Brixton Piper hat. I honestly love shopping for others and took this Present Palooza as a personal challenge to gift items that I thought she would like. :)

There are so many stores to shop at for Christmas presents or for yourself, but I personally love places that offer free & fast shipping. Personally I feel that Zappos is one of the perfect places to do holiday shopping because they carry a huge variety of items: clothing, shoes, accessories, and more. I find myself loosing track of time when I'm browsing their site and be sure to check out their gift guide for gift ideas!

Have an amazing week!
