bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Review

- Products -

Happy Thursday!

bareMinerals does it again, after launching their bareSkin liquid foundation back in May of 2014. They kicked off 2015 with a brand new tinted hydrating gel cream foundation. Image a foundation that is the perfect combination of a BB, CC, & tinted moisturizer. I was lucky enough partner with bareMinerals and try out their new Complexion Rescue and have been using it everyday for the past month! Like all other bareMinerals products, this foundation is actually good for your skin, it is loaded with skin-loving humectants and mineral electrolytes that will hydrate and leave your skin dewy, natural looking, and feeling soft (not oily).

1. Shake the product
2. Squeeze out a pea size amount onto the Smooth Face Brush or finger tips
3. Blend away with the brush or rub in as you would with a moisturizer
4. Wa-la finished!

A few aspects of Complexion Rescue that I especially love about the product is the fact that is absorbs super quickly and how it leaves my skin feeling soft and matte. I've tried many liquid and tinted foundations throughout the years and always hated ones that left my face oily because the rest of my makeup does not apply on well, but that is definitely not the case with Complexion Rescue. It goes on so easily that I can quickly apply another layer for extra coverage and go right into the rest of my makeup routine.

I've discovered that I prefer to use my fingers to apply Complexion Rescue because I personally prefer to rub/pat the product into the corners of my face, but bareMinerals launched a new brush to compliment the foundation. The new Smoothing Face Brush is super soft and leaves you with a nice airbrushed effect! Complexion Rescue comes in 10 gorgeous shades and it is available now at bareMinerals stores (store locator), Nordstrom, Sephora,  and on bareminersls.com.

bareMinerals has really outdone themselves, I really am obsessed with Complexion Rescue and know you will too! So give it a try and let me know what you think!
