Button Down Denim Skirt

Happy Monday! Tomorrow is Raymond's and my 6 year anniversary! I can't believe how quickly time has flown, it doesn't feel that long ago when we first met at orientation for our Apple internship. Next time you know we're graduating college, getting our first big girl/boy jobs, and now looking to buy our first home together. We've gone to the moon and back together and I couldn't of asked for a better partner by my side -so thank you baby for always being my #1 fan, supporter, and friend. (and blog photographer) <3

I hope you guys have an amazing week!!

Mochi Dog Food Review!

Mochi is the baby of the family and we always count on his silly to semi-nonchalant personality to make us all laugh. For all of my regular readers, you know that Mochi has a condition where he has seizures on occasions, therefore we are very careful about what we feed him. (Only the best for our baby!) So when there was an opportunity to partner with Rachael Ray Nutrish for their Zero Grain Beef with Bison pet food, I knew that it would be a great option for Mochi. This dog food is made with natural ingredients like beef raised on U.S. farms, Zero grains, glutens or fillers, Zero artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors, and the list goes on and on!

The funniest part of this photo session with Mochi was when we poured some in his bowl, he immediately started chomping down! We had to ask him multiple times to stop and pose so we can snap a few shots, but he was enjoying himself so much that he totally ignored us. We all had a great laugh. He is also really enjoying his beef toy that the amazing team at Rachael Ray sent him! (Thank you!) Next time your shopping for your beloved pet's food, definitely check out Rachael Rays Nutrish collection! But in the mean time, check out them out on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

Thanks for reading,

Pattern Filled Halloween with Hornitos

This post is sponsored by Hornitos

Halloween is right around the corner and what better way to celebrate with friends than with a tasty cocktail and spooky movie? I invited my sister and friend over when I experimented with a few ingredients and it turned out super tasty and perfect for a spook-filled night. Here is the breakdown!

What You Need:
1.5 oz of Hornets Black Barrel
.75 oz bottle of Apple Cider
.75 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Splash of Limes

Combine all of those ingredients together over ice, shake, and serve!

I am by no means a bartender; I'm more of a "little bit of this and that" kind of gal when it comes to mixing drinks together. To me, making a drink should be centered on having a lot of fun and experimenting. After mixing together a few ingredients, try the drink and if it's not to your liking, add a little more lemon or lime. (They are my secret weapons!) I haven't decided who or what I am going to dress up as for Halloween, but love these onesies that my sister (to the left) and myself are wearing! I got them last year and am considering wearing them to work the Friday before Halloween as my work costume. ;) They are soft, warm, and most importantly comfortable!

I hope you enjoyed this post with Hornitos and wish you a fun and spooky Halloween with amazing company!

I'm super excited to partner up with Clinique for the launch of their new editorial site, The Wink. The site is a one stop shop for all things beauty, lifestyle, DIY, and more! I found myself loosing track of time browsing and reading through the blog posts. My favorite post was about Cloe Lane who started her own cotton candy catering company. She doesn't make your typical cotton candy, she offers flavors such as lime toasted with coconut, mango chili, and salted caramel. Yum!! I can't wait for the next time I'm in the LA area because I am going to hunt her down to try out her cotton candy for myself! I love websites that add utility to my everyday lifestyle and The Wink is one of those sites where you can learn about people that are making a difference in the word, while learning a thing or two about beauty too!

A few thoughts on this mascara, the Chubby Mascara is a keeper! I love mascaras that are not too wet and ones that do not have a overly fluffy brush because I can't ever get the product off of it. I've tried my handful of mascaras over the past few years and have to say this one ranks up there! As the season changes from Summer to Fall, it definitely feels like a perfect time to transition to a new mascara too!

As always, thanks for reading and I hope you have an amazing weekend!

Early Fall Outfit

This is my first Fall look of the year! I love pairing the warm beige/camel with neutrals to create a seamless put-together look. This Karen Kane trapeze dress is to die for; its the most comfortable dress that I currently own. We went out to dinner that night, ate way too much, but I was fortunately saved by the flowiness of this dress.

I hope you like this look! <3
